1 Outfit (2 hrs): This package is recommended for corporate professionals.

Two looks $650

2 Outfits (3 hrs): This package will be very useful for actors and models looking for a standard casual/formal industry headshot.

Full-day Editorial Shoot $800 

Multiple looks (5 hrs): This package is recommended for actors and models seeking to diversify their portfolio through a highly creative/editorial-type shoot.

Booking a larger, external studio that includes a variety of furniture and props in advance is highly recommended. An outdoor, on-site shoot can also be done, weather permitting. 

***Each package includes 1 retouched photo – blemish and stray hair removal + adding a background color if desired
Any additional retouching is $30 extra per photo***

A makeup artist is HIGHLY recommended (and will remain onsite for the entirety of the shoot) since the camera will catch EVERYTHING on your face (redness/discoloration). The makeup will NOT alter how you look; but will replicate what you would normally look like in the audition room, making you look and feel great, and allowing you to focus on the work we do rather than worry about what you look like, fixing hair and makeup yourself.

Cancellation Policy: There is a $100 non-refundable deposit when you schedule a session with me that goes towards the total of the session. If you cancel, you will not receive your deposit back. If you have to reschedule and set a specific time and date, I will move that deposit to that session. You are allowed up to 1 reschedule due to conflicts. If you reschedule more than once, I will require a rescheduling fee of $100 that does not go toward the total of your session.

No-Shows: If you do not show up for your session, there is a no-show fee of 80% of your photo session, as well as 80% of the makeup artist’s rates. If you are running late, please get in touch with me as soon as possible so you are not charged a no-show fee.

I do not offer free re-shoots. If you want something different than what we already shot, you can re-book with me for a new shoot! With that, it is important you speak up during your session to get your desired results.

Payment:

For payment, I prefer Zelle, Paypal, or cash for no-fee transactions; The form of payment for your makeup artist will be these options.You will have paid the online deposit when booking, the remaining payment will be made on the day of our session. No payment plans available.

PREPARATION
It’s important to schedule your shoot in advance. Make sure to verify the date, time, and location. Ensure all services you are expecting to have, including hair and makeup, are confirmed. Mark your calendar and be sure to arrive on time for your session.

WARDROBE

• Choose classic and timeless garment pieces
• Select solid colors that complement your skin tone and avoid busy patterns; avoid logos and distracting elements
• Consider classic cuts that complement your body type; pick simple, clean lines when in doubt
• Bring several garments to provide a full range of looks that include formal and casual pieces

GROOMING AND APPEARANCE

• HAIR – Make sure your hair is clean and styled upon arrival
• Makeup – Professional makeup services are provided, so do show up with a clean, moisturized face
• Men’s grooming – Consider a fresh haircut a few days before the shoot, trim facial hair, and make sure your skin is moisturized

REST AND HYDRATION

• Get a good night’s sleep before your session to look fresh and well-rested
• Drink plenty of water days before your session for a clear, radiant complexion

PRACTICE POSING

• Nicole will provide complete guidance throughout the shoot, but if you want to ease your nerves and get an idea of what different poses look and feel like, we suggest researching professional headshots of your favorite performers and actors for inspiration
• Spend time in front of a mirror practicing different poses and expressions; aim for a relaxed, natural look

WHAT TO EXPECT THE DAY OF YOUR SESSION

• Plan to arrive on time to ensure you have the full allotted time for your session, take a few moments to relax and ground yourself before starting
• During the session, Nicole will guide you through a range of different poses and expressions; trust her expertise, she wants your portfolio to reflect a variety of different looks
• Feel free to communicate any preferences or concerns you have before and during the session

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOUR SESSION

• You will receive access via e-mail to your complete, unretouched gallery of images within 48 hours of the shoot
• Choose the image or images you would like retouched (remember you have one complimentary retouched image that can take up to a week to receive back)
• Consider updating your headshots every two years or when there are significant changes to your appearance
